Our shipping costs are calculated on the basis of this average weight. This calculation enables us to offer fair and competitive delivery rates, while ensuring the security and quality of the shipment. We can not be held accountable for delays due to postal strikes or other contingencies beyond our control that may delay delivery of orders. For each order shipped, a tracking number will be provided. This number will enable you to track the progress of your parcel in real time. We are also available to answer any questions you may have about shipping and tracking your order.
